Each year for Christmas, I setup an animated light display. The display is called “Lights on Valleyview” on Facebook. In 2023, the display contains nearly 10,000 individual controlled LED lights. The display from Thanksgiving to New Years. It runs from 5:30pm – 9:30pm Sun – Thur and 5:30pm – 10:30pm Fri & Sat. The light display is powered by software called xLights. I am a developer and the lead manual writer for the xLights software project. The light controller hardware used is open source and more information is available on the PB16 Page.
